These samples come from a gakken sx-150, a small analogue synthesizer kit that was released in japan 2008 as part of the gakken hobby magazine series. The synth became very popular also outside of japan, mainly because it's a low-cost analogue synth with a great sound that offers lots of possibilities for circuit benders.

24 bit sample, direct to sound card, volume adjusted to remove peaks. . . Sound is a long recording of static and crackling noises with random notes and music from a circuit bent musini toy. I honestly don't know if the static sound (activated with two body contacts) is classified as "white" or "pink" noise, but i really like the sound of it! a plethora of crunchy, crispy, noisy snippets to transform into a drum kit or something like that!.

My neighbour is working at the second floor. Metal hit, pushing heavy stuff, crackings and vibrations by some human body mass at the old wood floor. In the second plan, we can hear passing a train and some cars. Quiet atmosphere with singular acoustic, like a sunday's work.

For my 100th sound on freesound, a long one: me building my bed with wooden strips. Noises of screws, metal squares, screwdriver, moving the wood and assembling it. And sometimes my breath. In the middle of a village is a waterconstruction going on. Workers open the street to get to a waterpipe. Here on freesound is a short version. The long version is on my yt channel world wide sound effects. I recorded with a zoom h1 last week.

Sounds from making holes in the ground to place a mortar in it, it could also be used for preparations of building a tent. What i envision most is though that a real time strategy worker is harvesting coal, iron, metal, gold or stone resources using a pickax or shovel on hard ground.
